Laurent Nowak

Laurent Nowak is a French and European Trademark and Design Attorney at Plasseraud IP where he has been a partner since 2020. He supports his clients in the definition of their global protection strategies and manages the portfolios of trademarks, models and domain names of clients mainly in the field of sport (clubs, leagues, organizing committee of sporting events). He is also involved in anti-counterfeiting, both with customs services and on the web, social networks and marketplaces, notably for NFTs. Previously, Laurent worked for several years in France and Australia in IP Law firms. He holds an LLM in Intellectual Property from Queen Mary University (London) and a Master 2 in competition and distribution law (Rennes). He is also an active member of several professional associations (APRAM, ECTA, AIPPI). Laurent joined Plasseraud IP in 2012 and was appointed partner in 2020.
